Reports

Lithuanian Ornithological Society - coordinating beneficiary - must regularly inform the Commission on the progress and on the achievements of the LIFE+ project through the submission of the following reports:

  • Inception report (28 August 2009);
  • Progress Report n°1 (21 March 2011);
  • Mid-term Report with payment request (Progress Report n°2) (30 June 2012);
  • Final Report with payment request (30 June 2013).
All reports shall contain the necessary information for the Commission to evaluate the state of implementation of the project, the respect of the work plan, the financial situation of the project and whether the project's objectives have been achieved or are still achievable.
 
Inception report shall contain an assessment as to whether the project objectives and work plan are still valid. 28 August 2009 Lithuanian Ornithological Society prepared Inception report and present it tu Commission.
 
Progress report shall contain a statement of expenditure and income and sufficient information to allow for a preliminary assessment of the eligibility of costs incurred so far. Progress report with Annexes (175MB) was forwarded to European Commission on 18th March, 2011. 
 
Mid-term report shall contain a statement of expenditure and income and sufficient information to allow for a preliminary assessment of the eligibility of costs incurred so far. Mid-term report with Annexes (345 MB) was forwarded to European Commission on 30 June 2012."
 
Final report shall contain a statement of expenditure and income and all the information necessary for the Commission to evaluate the eligibility of costs incurred and the sustainability in the future of the project results.
